Large 2 story house with a large fireplace, Ram Jack of Tennessee installed approximately 20 piers mostly going to a depth of 30 feet, we had to dig down 7’ feet to get to the bottom of the footer. The back patio was removed, in doing so we found the blocks were deteriorating. We poured a new footer and core filled the foundation walls and the fireplace, we also went underneath to dig footer piers and block up using cmu blocks on all load bearing walls.
