This beautiful historic two story home built in 1847 has been one of the oldest homes Ram Jack of TN. has had the privilege of repairing. The interior of the home contains 12 foot ceilings and large central hallways on both floors.
Upon inspection of the property we found the home had extensive termite damage under the 12 x 12 support beams. This is very challenging to remove and replace the beam while holding the structure in place. Once the previous beams were removed and replaced with treated timbers, we were able to maintain a practical recovery stabilization. The entire work was performed from underneath the home to preserve the integrity of the original flooring.
This was a very challenging job and we were extremely pleased with the results as were the homeowners.
