This house is built on a peninsula, part of this home was suffering from water seepage. Ram Jack of Tennessee was called in to water proof and install some pre-construction piers for an addition being built onto the home. This was a difficult job, this home has 3 stories, with a full basement. A portion of the back deck was removed in order to apply waterproofing, and was rebuilt once work was complete.
